FOND DU LAC, Wis–Bond is set at a quarter million dollars cash for a man accused of dragging a Fond du Lac crash victim three miles with his truck. No formal charges have been filed yet against Jatziel Encarnacion.
Investigators believe Encarnacion was following the vehicle driven by Taya Grimes when it rolled along Highway 45 New Year’s Day and she was thrown onto the roadway. Encarnacion allegedly ran over Grimes and dragged her body for three miles into Washington County. His attorney says the 19-year old didn’t know that had happened………..

Last week, the judge handling the case accepted a probable cause statement allowing prosecutors to hold Encarnacion longer without the filing of formal charges. Detectives believe Encarnacion also struck another teen that was thrown into the roadway, causing serious head injuries.
