The top law enforcement official in the country stopped in Green Bay today to talk about the opioid epidemic.
Attorney General Jeff Sessions says the number of overdose deaths is the “top lethal issue” in the U.S. He says people need to change the culture to make it clear that drug use is unacceptable.
He says the epidemic is harming children and he says they are forgotten in the national opioid conversation.
Sessions was at the KI Convention Center in the downtown for a conference for the National Alliance for Drug Endangered Children.
