Smith Elementary school in Oshkosh will close.
The school board is deciding against spending $3.4 million to repair the roof and foundation and do mold remediation work.
The building is 124 years old.
Children who currently attend the school will be transferred to Jefferson Elementary next fall.
Administrators haven’t said what they will do with the building.
