Wellness Screening

Event Times: 8:00 am to 9:30 am
Menasha Health Department in partnership with ThedaCare Labs is offering a Wellness clinic on April 9th from 8:00 am until 9:30 am at the Menasha Senior Center.
No appointments are necessary, but we will not open before 8:00 am. New this year to our wellness screening is a Hemoglobin A1C test.
Costs for these tests are: TSH $20.00; Urine $2.00; Hemegolobin A1C $20.00; Hemogram $13.00; Wellness Panel $19.00; Wellness + TSH $33.00; Wellness + Hemogram $26.00; Wellness + Hemo + TSH $40.00
A 12 hour fast is required for the Wellness Panel.
