Blueberry Smoothie

Something to cool  you off during this heat wave..........July is BLUEBERRY month..........enjoy!

BLUEBERRY SMOOTHIE

1 cup fresh blueberries
1 (8 oz.) container plain yogurt
3/4 cup 2% reduced-fat milk
2 T. white sugar or Splenda
1/2 tsp. vanilla extract
1/8 tsp. ground nutmeg

Blend the blueberries, yogurt, milk, sugar, vanilla and nutmeg in a blender until frothy, scraping down the sides of the blender with a spatula occasionally.  Serve immediately.
