On the day, the Brewers struck out 14 times and only had 4 hits. Matt Garza once again got off to a rough start as he gave up 3 runs in the first inning. The Cubs had 4 hits on the day including 3 of them in the first. . Garza settled down and kept the Brewers in the game, but the Brewers offense was inept against Jackson and two Cubs relievers. With the loss, the Brewers are now 27-16 on the season. The same two teams wrap up the three game series Sunday afternoon in the Windy City. Marco Estrada gets the start for the Brewers.
