Packers dismantle the Vikings
The Packers knocked off the Minnesota Vikings 44-31 in Mall of America Field on Sunday night. Quarterback Aaron Rodgers completed 24 of 29 passes for 285 yards and two touchdowns. Wide receiver Jordy Nelson caught 7 passes for 123 yards along with two touchdown grabs. Rookie running back Eddie Lacy rushed for 94 yards and a touchdown, also running back James Starks added 57 rushing yards along with a touchdown. Former Packers wide receiver Greg Jennings, who plays for the Vikings, only caught one pass for just three yards. Green Bay improved to 5-2 and will back at home against the Chicago Bears next Monday night. Pre-game at 5 PM and kick-off at 7:40 PM and you can hear that game right here on 1150-WHBY.
