Badgers Bounce Back with Road win
On a cold and snowy night in Champaign, Illinois, the Wisconsin Badgers shooting finally heated up as they knocked off Illinois 75-63 Tuesday night. Sam Dekker who has been struggling shooting from long distance snapped out of his slump with a career high 4 three pointers as he lead the Badgers in scoring with 16 point. Ben Brust also scored 16 for Wisconsin. For the game, Wisconsin shot 48% from the field and 44% from three point land. With the win, Wisconsin is now 18-5 overall and 5-5 in Big Ten play. Wisconsin will try and snap a three game home losing streak when they host Michigan State Sunday in Madison. News Talk 1150-WHBY will have the pre-game show at 11:00am and tip of at noon.
