Prof: Kramer demotion limits political fallout

A political expert says it's unclear whether former Assembly Majority Leader Bill Kramer be able to recover politically from a sexual harassment scandal.

Kramer is accused of making inappropriate comments to woman, and groping at least one of them, during a GOP fundraiser in Washington D.C. Marquette University law school professor Charles Franklin says Kramer's future is cloudy.

Republicans voted to remove Kramer from leadership yesterday. Franklin says that quick action will likely limit the political fallout for the party.
