Recounts set in O.C. board races

Outagamie County's clerk start a recount, for two county board seats that were impacted by a ballot problem in Kaukauna.

About 130 voters were given the wrong ballots in the District 10 and 13 races, and candidates for those spots asked for the review.

Clerk Lori O'Bright says they'll start the process at 9 a.m. tomorrow. If the candidates aren't satisfied after the recount, they can ask a circuit court judge to force a special election.
