Lawrence official doesn't like financial aid plan

A Lawrence University official is reacting to a proposal that would end federal financial aid for students at private schools.

The plan redirects that money, to give students two free years, at public colleges and universities. Ken Anselment is the dean of admissions at Lawrence. He says the proposed change would hurt students.

He says it would also have a major impact on the bottom line of schools like Lawrence. He says if they have fewer students, fewer dollars would be coming in.
