2 businesses moving into RiverHeath

Two local companies will be the first tenants in a development along the Fox River.

RiverHeath is below the College Avenue bridge, and the first apartments are set to open next month.

Development Mark Geall says Regency Wealth Management, and Factotum USA signed leases for the commercial space in the building. He says Factotum is a new company that makes furniture and other things, from reclaimed wood. Workers also restore vintage motorcycles.

Geall says two spaces, and a planned cafe, are still available. He says they're finishing work on the 32 apartments, and people will start moving in, next month. The building has one-, two-, and three-bedroom apartments.

RiverHeath was first proposed several years ago. It's on the site of a former paper mill.
