Temporary rule in place for Capitol protests

There's a temporary rule in place, dealing with Capitol protests.

Majority Republicans on a legislative panel approved a change yesterday, in response to a ruling by a federal judge. Judge William Conley threw out parts of a state policy that regulates demonstrations.

Democratic Rep. Gary Hebl of Sun Prairie doesn't think it meets the judge's requirements.

In the meantime, a group of protesters continues to sing in the Capitol, over the noon hour.
