Appleton Jaycees holding annual fireworks show

The 4th of July weekend kicks off tonight, with the annual Jaycees fireworks at Appleton's Memorial Park.

Organizer Ron Tusler says they have bands lined up, at 5 p.m. and people started showing up around noon.

The fireworks start around 9:15 p.m.

Tusler says the money they make from today's concession sales, will help pay for next year's event.
