Suspect in deputy attack turns himself in

Two men are in custody, in connection with a fight with a Fond du Lac County sheriff's deputy last Saturday.

Capt. Rick Olig says a 19-year-old rural Campbellsport man was arrested yesterday. 22-year-old Colton O'Brien of Eden turned himself in today.

Olig says the deputy saw that three men were involved in some drug activity, in the town of Ashford. He says O'Brien hit the deputy several times, and tried to take his handgun.

He says the Campbellsport man then got involved, and took the deputy's Taser. He's accused of pointing it at the deputy, and then the two men ran off.
