West opening office in Ashwaubenon

A customer service company that's based in Nebraska, will open an office in Ashwaubenon late this month.

The West Corporation already has about 1,100 in two Appleton offices. Divisional human resources director Katie Johnson says the Ashwaubenon facility will eventually have up to 240 workers.

She says they're looking for full-time account managers, to work with customers in the industrial and healthcare markets.

Johnson says the work ethic and communication skills of people in northeast Wisconsin led the company to open the office in Ashwaubenon.
