Housing market continues gain in Wis.
Increases in median home prices in the state are following national trends.
A national report shows that September marked the sixth straight month of higher prices. Wisconsin's streak was at seven. Jim Smith is the president of the Realtors Association of Northeast Wisconsin, and he says sales figures also continue to improve.
A year ago, Smith says they had over 15 months of inventory on the market, and that's now down to 10 months.
Smith says if the relatively nice weather holds, we could have another promising winter.
Statewide, the median house price is about $135,000.
