G.C. bolsters prostitution laws
Grand Chute is adding another rule, to help target prostitution.
Police Chief Greg Peterson says the new solicitation law allows the town to go after people who rent hotel rooms for prostitutes, and create the illegal environment.
He says the town already had three of the four state statues on prostitution, in place, and investigators found that the soliticing rule had value, and it should be in place.
The town board signed off on the solicitation law, last night.
