Board approves Harrison incorporation request
A state panel says a portion of the town of Harrison should be allowed to become a village.
The incorporation review board gave its official approval to the proposal this morning.
Town administrator Travis Parish says it's great news for the town. He says many times incorporation requests take a couple of tries before they're approved.
