Husband charged with police officer's murder
The husband of a Wauwatosa police officer is facing a murder charge.
30-year-old Officer Jennifer Sebena was shot to death, while she was on duty, early on Christmas Eve.
Benjamin Sebena was arrested last night, and prosecutors charged him today with first-degree intentional homicide.
Her fellow officers found Sebena's body outside of the city's fire department, after she didn't respond to radio calls. Her husband is a former Marine, and he served two tours in Iraq, before he was wounded in a mortar attack, in 2005.
