Neenah man faces 9th OWI
Menasha police arrested a 42-year-old Neenah man yesterday morning, for his 9th drunk driving offense.
Officers say the man crashed his car into a snow bank on the 300 block of Broad Street around 3 a.m. and he tried to run away. They were able to arrest the man, and take him to a hospital for a blood draw.
Authorities are asking the DA's office to charge him with 9th offense drunk driving, resisting arrest, and harassing police animals.
