Salvation Army meets campaign goal
The Salvation Army Fox Cities met its $1.2 million Christmas campaign fundraising goal.
Spokesman Robb Waugus says they don't have the final numbers in yet, but they know they reached that total. He says almost half of the money came in on match days, during the red kettle campaign.
Waugus says the community also stepped up to help about 6,000 families in the Christmas giving program.
