Court again shoots down voter ID request
The third time was not the charm for the attorney general,
in his quest to have the state Supreme Court immediately take up the voter ID law.
The court unanimously shot down a request from Republican J.B. Van Hollen to combine two lawsuits, and hear the case right away.
The lawsuits are currently before the court of appeals, after two Dane County judges ruled last year that the photo ID requirement is unconstitutional.
