Income tax likely topic in 'state of state'
Governor Walker hasn't revealed much about his past "state of the state" addresses, ahead of time, but tonight, he'll likely at least touch on his plans to reduce income taxes.
He said recently that he came to a decision on the best way to reduce the tax burden on the middle class, and small businesses, and that's through the income tax. But the governor says he'll also take steps to keep property taxes in line.
The governor's third "state of the state" address is tonight, at the Capitol. WHBY will carry it at 9 a.m. tomorrow.
