Baldwin talks business issues, debt ceiling
The state's new U.S. Senator is trying to find ways to help companies create more jobs, and a tour of large employers

Sen. Tammy Baldwin says many businesses are trying to compete against foreign companies on an uneven playing field. She says some get subsidies from foreign governments, others say they're dealing with price fixing.
Baldwin was at Pierce Manufacturing in the town of Menasha.
The Madison Democrat says it's going to be busy in Washington D.C. next week when the Senate reconvenes. She says raising the debt ceiling is among the top priorities, and it's an issue that Congress should not play political games with.
Baldwin says all lawmakers need to understand how important it is to protect the nation's credit rating.
