Xiong back in court for deadly texting case

The Little Chute woman accused of texting while driving, when she hit a bicyclist in Kimberly last year, will be back in court, in March.

Prosecutors charged 19-year-old Pa Kue Xiong with homicide by negligent driving. 46-year-old James Weiss of Kimberly died from his injuries, several days after the July 28 accident.

Xiong was in Outagamie County court this morning, and a court commissioner continued her bond at $15,000. Her preliminary hearing will be on March 13.
