Author touts 'crowdsourcing'

An expert on reaching out to customers is urging business leaders in the Fox Cities to ask them for suggestions about their products.

Jeff Howe is the author of Crowdsourcing, and he was the keynote speaker at this morning's breakfast. He says it's much easier to reach out, thanks to technology and social media.

Howe is a professor at Northeastern University in Boston.
