N.H. woman died from exposure to cold
An autopsy shows that an 18-year-old New Holstein woman died from exposure to the cold.
Calumet County authorities say Monica Batts was found dead, behind a house on Highway X, near New Holstein, last Friday afternoon.
Calumet County medical examiner Mike Klaeser says authorities are still trying to figure out how and why Batts ended up at the house. He says he's also waiting for the results of toxicology tests.
Investigators have been interviewing friends, family members, and the owner of the house where Batts was found.
