Weather might lead to 'winter blahs'
If you're feeling out of sorts as the winter drags on, you're not alone.
ThedaCare Dr. Doug Moard says the "winter weary" should get out and move, if they're feeling a little depressed. He says it happens when it's dark outside when people leave for work, and get home. He says exercise always helps to lift your mood, whether you're inside or outside.
Dana Tyler of Nordic Mountain in Mt. Morris says a lot of people seem to be making that connection this year. She says their snowfall totals are much higher than last year.
Tyler says it seems that people who embrace winter seem to have a better time.
