Ribble doesn't fear sequestration
Sequestration is coming, but it might not have the 
dire consequences that many expect. That's the feeling of Congressman Reid Ribble.
The Sherwood Republican says he doubts Democrats and Republicans will reach a compromise by Friday, to avoid those cuts. But he says they're working on a plan to give department leaders the flexibility to choose where to cut, instead of following the strict parameters in the sequestration agreement.
Ribble says many people will endure some hardship because of the sequestration cuts, but he feels it's necessary to reduce federal spending.
