High court candidate Fallone visits Appleton
A challenger in the race for state Supreme Court hopes to bring some civility to the high court.
Marquette law school professor Ed Fallone faces Justice Pat Roggensack in the April 2 election. He says the high-profile incident involving Justices David Prosser and Ann Walsh Bradley is a sign of the court's dysfunction. He says he would work to set aside personal issues, and get to the public's business.
Fallone says he has about 20 years of experience...as a law professor, and he has a number of business clients. He says it shouldn't matter that he hasn't been a judge. He says the last three chief justices on the court were not judges.
Fallone is in northeast Wisconsin today.
