Seymour police are investigating more than a dozen thefts from unlocked garages and cars.
Officer Brett Stauber says the first report came in around 7:30 p.m. yesterday, and the last one was close to 11 p.m. He says money and other valuables are missing.
At one house, he says the victims were cleaning a deer in the garage when things were stolen from a car in the driveway.
Stauber says they’re not sure if more than one suspect was involved. Investigators are looking at home security videos, in hopes of identifying someone.
