Developers are unveiling their plans for a new hotel near the Oshkosh Corporation headquarters.
The Town Suites hotel will at the corner of Oshkosh Avenue and Westfield Street.
Planning Services Manager Mark Lyons says the building will need to be closer to the street than most developments. He says they had to do the same thing with the Casey’s General Store project.
The Town Suites owners hope to break ground in April, and open late in the fall.
