If you or one of your family members wears glasses or contacts, you probably know to visit your eye doctor regularly—or at least often enough to get an updated prescription. But it can be difficult to tell how often “regularly” really is, and it gets even harder to determine when to go in if you don’t wear glasses or contacts. Do you wait until you have trouble seeing? What if your eyes seem perfectly healthy?
