An administrator at UW-Green Bay will be the school’s next chancellor.
Provost and Vice Chancellor Michael Alexander will start his new job on May 1st. He came to UW-Green Bay in July of last year.
Alexander will succeed former Chancellor Gary Miller. Miller left to become the president of the University of Akron.
The UW-System’s Board of Regents approved Alexander’s promotion, after a nationwide search.
