Appleton has enough poll workers to keep all of the city’s normal polling locations open for Tuesday’s election.
Clerk Kami Lynch says city workers are helping, and they’ve had people volunteer. She says they don’t have much experience, so she’s asking voters to be patient.
Lynch says they’re setting up the polling locations to meet social distancing guidelines. That includes more space between tables, and plexiglass shields to separate voters from the poll workers.
Lynch says they won’t be giving out “I Voted” stickers for this election, because they want people to avoid touching things.
