Oshkosh officials are getting the cold shoulder from the U.S. Postal Service on why thousands of absentee ballots were sitting in Milwaukee.
The ballots were apparently for people in Oshkosh and Appleton.
City Manager Mark Rohloff accuses the Post Office of ignoring the issue. He says they started calling them on March 30th, and he received denial after denial. Rohloff says they still never received a call back, but the state Elections Commission did.
The Postal Service has only said it will do an internal investigation. The tubs of absentee ballots were found in a sorting center and they were never delivered.
