One of the weekend protests in the Fox Valley had a slight twist.
Organizers were collecting donations for the homeless, at Houdini Plaza in downtown Appleton.
Kelly Lewis says they collected a variety of things, including food and clothes. She says they wanted to do something to help people in the community.
