Green Bay police are releasing the names of the victims of a double murder in Green Bay.
Jaime Lemus and Gerson Alvarez were killed in a shooting at an apartment building Monday night.
Police arrested a suspect, 28-year-old Oscar Lemus-Franco, after a high-speed chase Tuesday morning. They say all three were related.
Lemus-Franco is facing charges in connection with the chase, and the slashing of a police officer’s face, but prosecutors haven’t filed murder charges against him.
