The Brown County District Attorney will not prosecute three Green Bay Police officers in the death of a man who killed two people during a shooting rampage at the Radisson Hotel and Oneida Casino last May. D-A David Lasee’s decision clears Sergeant Brian Jordan and Officers Benjamin Snyder and MaKayla Wolfe of their roles in shooting and killing Bruce Pofahl. He was a former employee who entered the casino complex and began firing at people near the Duck Creek Bar and Restaurant. The officers caught up with Pofahl outside of the casino parking garage and opened fire after Pofahl raised a handgun in their direction. D.A. Lasee says after a thorough review of the evidence he concluded they were justified in the use of deadly force.
