Family members identify the victim of a fatal weekend crash in Outagamie County. Mitchell Treiber of Navarino died when his car ran off Lawn Road in the town of Cicero around 12:50 Saturday morning–rolled over–and struck a tree. Treiber was thrown from the vehicle and was pronounced dead at the scene. The cause of the crash is under investigation.
