A pair of Green Bay schools go to virtual instruction Thursday due to critical staff shortages. The Green Bay School District announces that Howe Elementary School and N-E-W School of Innovation on Cherry Street will hold virtual classes today through Monday January 17th. In person classes are currently scheduled to resume at both schools on Tuesday January 18th. School of Innovation students will be able to pick up learning materials during normal school hours, if necessary. N-E-W School of Innovation students taking in-person instruction at Northeast Wisconsin Technical College are not impacted by the decision to go virtual.
