The average number of new coronavirus cases in Wisconsin is nearing 400. The state Department of Health Services reports 475 positive tests on Wednesday–bringing the weekly average to 409 new cases a day. There were another 53-deaths reported yesterday–but just 13 of those occurred in the past month. Outagamie County added five deaths. Dodge, Manitowoc, and Shawano counties each had two deaths.
