APPLETON, Wis–No one is hurt when a semi overturns on an Appleton overpass. The incident took place around 9:30 this (Monday) morning along the North Richmond Street overpass along Interstate 41.
The tanker spilled some of its load–which appeared to be a type of sand. The semi was attempting to turn left from the on-ramp onto North Richmond when it tipped over.
