MANITOWOC, Wis. — A former Two Rivers High School teacher is charged for allegedly having an inappropriate relationship with a student.
Rebecca Kilps faces three counts of Sexual Assault of a Student by School Staff.
According to the criminal complaint, Kilps admitted to authorities that she had sex with the victim on two occasions.
She is scheduled to make an initial court appearance on May 31.
