VINLAND, Wis. — Winnebago County Sheriff’s officials say an eight-month-old boy was killed when a semi crashed into his home Monday night.
Officials say the 63-year-old Little Chute man driving the semi was traveling south on I-41 when he veered off the interstate drove through a fence, crossed a frontage road and crashed into a home on Green Valley Road. The semi driver wasn’t hurt.
“Please keep your thoughts with the family and friends of everyone involved,” reads a statement from the Sheriff’s Office.
The crash happened around 6 p.m. Monday and is still under investigation.
