As of Tuesday, Hurricane Fiona continues to wreak havoc, strengthening into a major hurricane barreling toward the Turks and Caicos Islands. It comes following a hard hit to Puerto Rico, knocking out the power grid and unleashing floods and landslides. Puerto Rico’s governor called the damage “catastrophic.”
