FOND DU LAC, Wis–Fond du Lac Police identify a suspect in a shooting incident back in July. Rakwan Crosby of Elgin, Illinois is accused of firing shots at a vehicle near the intersection of North Hickory and Thomas streets back on July 29th.
Crosby allegedly was involved in an altercation with the occupants of the other vehicle at a nearby gas station. A nationwide arrest warrant has been filed for Crosby–who is believed to be armed and dangerous.
