UPDATE: Police identify the victim as a 20-year-old Green Bay man. The suspects are an 18-year-old man and a 16-year-old boy from Green Bay. Criminal charges are still pending.

GREEN BAY, Wis. — One person is hurt — two others are arrested — following a shooting incident in Green Bay.
The shooting took place in the 2600 block of Humboldt Road around 1:45 p.m. Saturday.
One victim was taken to the hospital with non-life-threatening injuries. Two suspects fled the scene before police arrived but were captured a short time later.
Criminal charges are pending.
