UPDATE at 1:30 pm–The suspect is Torey Robinson. He lived at the incident. Robinson had contact with Appleton Police earlier in the night, asking about the uniforms they wear and what equipment they carry on patrol.

After going into the house, the suspect came back out, leading to negotiations with officers…
Officers were still on scene as of 9 a.m. and working to determine whether anyone else was inside the house.
No injuries have been reported.
Wisconsin Avenue between Meade Street and Ballard Road reopened around noon after being closed for several hours.
